We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for an initial 8-month contract with possible extensions to lead the implementation and enhancement of our CRM and cloud capability. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless system integration, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in CRM and or Student Management System implementations.
  • Must have experience in Callista
  • Ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • High level leadership, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and frameworks (Prince2, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Solutions driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and any risks or issues.
  • Ability to drive change management initiatives to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
  • Higher Education experience highly desirable.
