We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Services to lead program, project, and change management initiatives across multiple entities on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role focuses on business process optimization, efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. You will work closely with Process Analysts and key stakeholders to standardize and improve processes, ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery using Prince2, PMBOK, and Agile methodologies
  • Drive Benefits Realisation Management (BRM) to maximize project value
  • Coordinate and manage multiple interdependent projects aligning with strategic objectives
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success
  • Implement best practices in project governance, risk, and issue management
  • Utilize Monday.com, Atlassian, and other project management tools to track progress
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS and financial audit requirements

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or process improvement
  • Expertise in ERP, eCommerce, and business application projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
