Project Manager D365 CRM/CE
We have partnered with a a dynamic consulting firm specializing in delivering tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to businesses across industries. Recognized for their expertise and collaborative approach, the company prides itself on fostering long-term partnerships with clients, offering end-to-end project management, system integrations, and ongoing support.
They are looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 CRM Project Managerto lead the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage project lifecycles, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Monitor and manage project risks, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and regular project updates.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure integrations, and related technologies is a plus.
