About the Role
As a Project Manager for Digital Transformation, you will be at the forefront of delivering clinical, digital, and ICT-enabled projects under a major healthcare digital strategy. Your role will focus on ensuring project success, building effective stakeholder relationships, and maintaining a high-performing project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful delivery of digital transformation projects in line with strategic objectives.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, including human resources, performance, and mentoring.
• Provide expert advice and strategic direction for project deliverables to meet quality standards and align with policies.
• Manage project performance by monitoring trends, budgets, and compliance with methodologies and guidelines.
• Foster stakeholder engagement by maintaining effective communication and collaborative relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare timely and relevant submissions, briefs, and reports to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to service quality standards and workplace safety policies.
