Project Manager- Renewables / Solar farm

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to support multiple large-scale solar farm projects. Working for one of Victorias leading companies within the renewable energy sector on both greenfield and brownfield projects. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong technical and project management background and knowledge of the solar industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and cost-effective.
  • Produce regular reports on project progress, including milestones, financial performance, and deviations from the plan.
  • Build string working relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
  • Manage project risks and ensure all work is completed in compliance with the companies’ standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 + years of project management within the renewable energy sector, preferably with experience in large-scale solar farm projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project objectives.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel interstate when needed.
