Key activities
- Project Coordination & Reporting – Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and updates for key stakeholders.
- Governance & Compliance – Support project steering groups and maintain key project controls.
- Financial & Resource Management – Assist with budgeting, forecasting, invoices, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Logistics & Onboarding – Manage project assets, onboard new team members, and ensure smooth project operations.
- Administrative Excellence – Provide top-tier support to senior stakeholders and contribute to the success of the program.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in project support within a business/IT project environment.
- Considerable experience in providing an advanced level of administrative support to senior stakeholders, in comparable large-scale enterprises.
- Strong knowledge of project controls (budgets, risks, issues) and governance reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with administration of invoices, contracts & purchase orders.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency, including MS Project and Jira experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR processes, onboarding, and logistics.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
