
Sales Force Solution Specialist/Architect
Our client, an iconic commercial experience exceptional growth, are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join the team. The objective of the role is to design and implement scalable solutions that optimise system performance and capability, driving sales growth and supporting the delivery of the B2B sales strategy.
This role requires expertise in sales operations, automation, and the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and the Salesforce Senior Business Analyst to ensure solutions align with the organisation’s business roadmap.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Design scalable and performant Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish business requirements, ensuring alignment with Sales and B2B strategy, structure, and selling channels.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, including Conga templates.
- Implement and maintain pricing models, discount structures, and bundling rules.
- Work closely with the Salesforce Governance Team to enhance platform security and ensure compliance with internal security protocols.
Technical Operations & Support
- Manage and optimise Salesforce integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to improve platform performance.
- Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, workflows, and system configurations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with business stakeholders and Salesforce Senior Business Analyst to deliver solutions that support the organisation’s sales strategy.
- Provide technical expertise to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Education & Certifications
Essential:
- Salesforce Certifications in Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Relevant Technical Degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field)
Experience
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- 2+ years of experience with Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of data models, APIs, and integration patterns
- Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML
- Experience with Visual Studio Code and Salesforce Libraries
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and architectural design principles
