There is now a great opportunity for a hands-on sales leader to help them build as they enter their next period of growth. The Opportunity:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the performance, strategy, and alignment of business development within the region. This position is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the Account Executive and SDR team, delivering enterprise market growth and ensuring that performance is aligned with the larger company-wide strategy and performance metrics dictated by the Board. In addition, the development of partnerships both from a sales perspective and integration-led opportunity, will be identified and developed with a view to producing new revenue streams at significant scale.
Key Requirements:
- Experience and demonstrated success in a service – led organization, with exposure to SMB, Mid-Market and/or Enterprise sales motions.
- 6+ years of experience in sales driving and implementing revenue growth.
- 2+ years’ experience in leadership/management positions driving net new logo acquisition.
- Proven track record of growing revenue through business development.
- Proven experience developing and executing a sales strategy.
- History of decision-making based on business metrics
- Collaborative team player with a growth mindset
- Inspirational leadership style with a hands-on approach (i.e., not afraid to roll up sleeves where required).
- Proven success/familiarity selling into personas in marketing, sales or internal communications functions (HR, Training, L&D) will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in video production and communications non-essential, but highly regarded.
