The Role
Our client is seeking to engage a mid-level Salesforce Administrator to join a large greenfield project which is part of a major program of work to transform the agency’s ICT solutions.
The Salesforce Administrator will:
- Assist with administrative functions such as access and authorisation provisioning, maintaining user roles, monitoring application metrics and more
- Develop and maintain documentation
- Manage Salesforce sandboxes
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and work with vendors to resolve
- Install and configure third party packages
- Evaluate new releases of Salesforce
- Provide support for Salesforce projects
- Assist with deployment related tasks
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201)
- Salesforce product knowledge and understanding of sharing and security
- Experience working in a Salesforce application or environment support role
- Experience with Salesforce integration into other platforms
- Experience using Data Loader
- Ability to manage data sets to enable loading into Salesforce using Data Loader (desirable)
It is a requirement of this position that the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen, and either hold or be eligible to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
