About the role:
The CRMA Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining data assets in a Salesforce CRM Analytics. This role includes supporting data delivery process and responding to data related requests from business units.
The role will focus on collaborating with key business areas in the development and implementation of consumable reports and analytics to address key risks and emerging trends within these areas.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for analytics and reporting needs.
- Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes.
- Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
- Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, storage, and visualization.
Skills:
- At least three (3) years of demonstrated expertise designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions for enterprise clients.
- Proficiency in SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data visualization best practices.
