SAP CRM Developers

• Can be based in Canberra, Melbourne or Brisbane as well.
• 12-month Contract + 2 x 12-months extension
• Ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance ( Must have Australian Citizenship)

About the Role:
As an SAP CRM Developers manage teams to ensure the high quality and consistent delivery of projects based on their understanding of business requirements. The role contributes as a management stakeholder to long-living, maintainable, high-quality solutions. SAP CRM Developers exercise a considerable degree of independence and undertake a leadership role, with work being performed under the general guidance of senior staff.

Key responsibilities to include:

• Manage the delivery of ICT services, programmes or project work
• Ensure compliance with endorsed software development methodologies
• Fluence and contribute to technological strategy, resolving conflicts as needed
• Assist senior managers in the development of operational policy and procedures
• lead and manage staff, including overseeing the management of performance, attendance, and health and wellbeing
• lead and support operations of the team, including monitoring business performance, setting priorities and managing resources and workflow

Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience of a minimum of two (2) years working as an SAP Technical Analyst in large scale SAP Australian Public Sector environment or similar
