Scrum Master // Agile Delivery Lead

Our client is a Tier1 client in the Financial Services sector. They are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Scrum Master with Agile delivery expertise to lead Agile ceremonies, foster collaboration, and drive project success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope, combining agile coaching with traditional project management techniques when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Champion Agile best practices and continuously improve team processes.
• Protect the team from external distractions and remove impediments.
• Manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
• Foster transparency through reporting and clear communication.
• Support Project Managers, Program Managers with backlog management and prioritization.
• Coach and mentor team members in Agile principles and delivery excellence.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead in a large organisation in Financial Services sector – A MUST
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience in financial forecasting & tracking
• Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to change.
