Our client is a leading national retailer currently seeking a Security Compliance Advisor to support a range of projects long term.

Your new role will see you responsible for the ongoing management of 1st line cyber compliance (across both the IT and OT landscape) with applicable regulatory and / or contractual obligations. Working closely with technology. operations and project teams you will provide specialist compliance advice and insights ensuring the appropriate compliance outcomes are achieved. You will ideally have a strong understanding across frameworks including ISM, ISO27001, Essential 8 and NIST.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with complex compliance requirements in a complex enterprise technology environment
  • Ability to consult across audit, governance and compliance management, especially across ISM accreditation / iRAP assessments
  • Knowledge of E8, NIST, CPS234 and other industry security standards
  • Enterprise environment experience
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Our client is offering a 12 month initial contract with the view to extension. Offices are based near the Melbourne CBD with a requirement to be onsite 3 days per week.
