The Role
The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of business requirements throughout the implementation of the SuccessFactors project with a focus on implementing Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central modules.

You will be responsible for:

  • Gather requirements from the business pertaining to the SuccessFactors implementation
  • Development of As-Is and Future State HR processes
  • Propose practical solutions to problems in a clear, fit for purpose manner
  • Assist with system deployment including UAT, change management and training
  • Provide opportunities for process improvement within and across the environment

You will have:

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS and SuccessFactors including implementing, re-implementing and user training
  • Experience with project implementing Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central modules.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to gather, review, analyse information from relevant sources to support the delivery of the project
