Senior Business Analyst
- Government Department – Contract until end of October 2025

- Scope out requirements for a SuccessFactors Implementation
The Role
The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of business requirements throughout the implementation of the SuccessFactors project with a focus on implementing Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central modules.
You will be responsible for:
- Gather requirements from the business pertaining to the SuccessFactors implementation
- Development of As-Is and Future State HR processes
- Propose practical solutions to problems in a clear, fit for purpose manner
- Assist with system deployment including UAT, change management and training
- Provide opportunities for process improvement within and across the environment
You will have:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS and SuccessFactors including implementing, re-implementing and user training
- Experience with project implementing Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central modules.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to gather, review, analyse information from relevant sources to support the delivery of the project
