Senior Change Manager & Change Manager // Investment
Our client is a Tier 1 client in Financial Services sector. We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager with a strong background in investment management and financial services. The ideal candidate will lead and manage organizational changes related to strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions across the business. This role is crucial for aligning our investment operations with the evolving market dynamics and ensuring business agility.
The Senior Change Manager will work closely with senior leadership, portfolio managers, traders, compliance teams, and other stakeholders to drive change initiatives that optimize performance, enhance processes, and foster innovation in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support investment initiatives, mergers, new product launches, or technology upgrades.

Work with key stakeholders, including investment teams, compliance, legal, and IT departments, to ensure alignment and adoption of change initiatives.

Design and deliver change communication plans that ensure clear, timely, and effective messaging across all levels of the organization.

Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

Develop training materials and oversee training sessions to ensure teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate the change.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the change management team and contribute to the overall development of the function.
Requirements:
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in Change Management within the Investment sector.
- Proven track record of leading change initiatives in large, complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of the investment management landscape, including asset management, private equity, mutual funds, or related sectors.
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG) preferred.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in delivering presentations to senior management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Proficiency with change management methodologies and tools.
