Senior Change Manager - IFRS17

The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for supporting the Transition Lead to ensure the design and implementation of an effective change management strategy and plan, to support the implementation of IFRS17.

The Senior Change Manager should understand the volume and impacts required to facilitate the change, build a change plan and approach including BU specific engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the implementation of the change via business leaders to achieve the outcomes the benefits are dependent on.
  • Analyse the impact of the change and develop a strategy for integrating it into business operations.

  • Develop a detailed plan outlining key milestones, timelines, stakeholder engagement strategies, and a risk mitigation plan.

  • Develop and implement a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the transition.

  • Develop and deliver a training and knowledge transfer plan for the business-as-usual (BAU) team.

  • Oversee and implement all changes, documenting them in the operational change log.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in:

  • 10 + Years leading change management (Insurance experience highly regarded).
  • Proven experience with IFRS17.
  • Experience designing and implementing change management for large complex programs of work.
  • High level experience working with Stakeholders, including C suite.
