
Senior Change Manager // Marketing
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Change Manager with strong experience in marketing, (Martech, “Marketing Technology”).
The Senior Change Manager will work on a Marketing Technology personalisation and uplift program. This role is critical in leading transformational initiatives, driving effective change strategies, and ensuring seamless adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Create tailored change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies, specific to marketing technology implementations.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage key stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring their buy-in and support throughout the change process.
- Communication & Training: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and engaging communication materials and training programs to educate users on new technologies and processes.
- Marketing Technology Expertise: Leverage your understanding of marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics) to effectively manage change within these environments.
To be successful in this position:
- 6 – 8 years of experience in change management, with a focus on marketing projects, campaigns, MarTEch (AEM/ACM) – A MUST
- 4+ Years Organisational Change management experience
- Experience in Loyalty or Airline or Reward Program would be considered
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable
- Proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives in complex organisations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity
