Senior Change Manager // Org Design & Operating Model

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Change Manager with a strong background in organisational design and operating model implementation. This role is critical in leading transformational initiatives, driving effective change strategies, and ensuring seamless adoption across the organisation.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute change management strategies tailored to organisational design and operating model projects.
  • Assess change impacts and develop comprehensive plans to address challenges and risks.
  • Partner with leadership to analyse, design, and implement organisational structures that align with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions to develop target operating models.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to foster alignment and buy-in.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Lead end-to-end change activities, including readiness assessments, training, and support.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and teams to enhance change capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on change-related issues and solutions.
  • Define success metrics and regularly measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and updates for leadership and project sponsors.

Requirements:

  • 6 – 8 years of experience in change management, with a focus on organisational design and operating model implementation – A MUST
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives in complex organisations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
