We are looking for experienced Senior Change Managers (Multiple Roles) to join one of our clients in Adelaide.
The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Have experience in building and implementing change management strategy and plans at the program level.
- Be a certified PROSCI practitioner or have relevant experience using PROSCI.
- Have experience in both technical and people change management.
- Understand Design Thinking and Human Centred Design and how its application is important to ensuring the Digital Experience is optimised for customers.
- Be able to manage multiple projects and priorities across stakeholder groups
