Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic Go Global Toolkit team. This role is ideal for a strong team player who thrives on achieving outcomes and enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery using agile practices and project methodologies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and implementing projects and/or programs in line with our project management principles and methodology.
  • Working closely with Product Managers to ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leading project and/or program activities, including detailed project planning, progress reporting, and ensuring timely completion within budget while delivering business value.
  • Owning and overseeing project change control processes, assessing the impact of scope changes on timelines, costs, and resources.
  • Ensuring effective project communications, including sponsor interactions, meeting management, Product board meetings, and regular reporting.
  • Managing project financials, including baseline setting, forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Championing the agile mindset and ways of working to drive a culture of flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Highly developed skills and experience (+ 8 years) in agile delivery and digital project management.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Digital Project Management methodologies and Agile product development.
  • Certification in Prince2Agile and Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe).
  • Experience in delivering digital projects and products in a government context.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and Miro toolsets.
