Senior Endpoint Engineer
- Initial 6-month contract
- CBD Location – Fully onsite
- Onsite level 2/3 support
The purpose of this role is to provide on-site troubleshooting and support across the agency’s standard operating systems and associated hardware.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting end user computing activates
- Audio visual and video conferencing support
- Resolving issues with desk setups (monitors/docking stations)
- Provide level 2 and 3 desktop and server support
- Administration responsibilities including preparation of briefings, process/work instruction documents
- Stock co-ordination for end user devices
You will have:
- 5+ years Lead Desktop Support experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong experience working and supporting a Microsoft Windows environment
- Knowledge and experience working in an ITIL environment
- Strong software packaging and Intune experience
- Strong Audio visual and video conferencing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
