Key activities
- Develop and execute organisational and workforce strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead initiatives to address talent gaps, drive workforce analytics, and support succession planning.
- Manage organisational change, craft communication plans, and implement resourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, and continuously improve HR services.
- Provide expert guidance to leaders on conflict resolution, fostering positive and productive relationships.
Skills, knowledge & experience
- Proven HR Business Partnering experience across all HR disciplines
- Strong client relationship management and business facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic People & Culture initiatives at a divisional level
- In-depth knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR), Organisational Development (OD), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and relevant legislation
- Excellent project and change management skills with a track record of delivering innovative solutions
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including communication, influence, and negotiation
- Expertise in workforce planning, coaching, training, and team building
