Senior IT Project Manager // Data Migration & Card Payments
Our client is a Tier 1 client in the Financial Services sector. They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT projects, with a primary focus on data migrations and card payment systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in the financial technology domain.
Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Oversee and manage large-scale data migration projects, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Collaborate with data architects and technical teams to design and implement migration strategies.

Establish testing frameworks to validate data migration processes, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Manage the delivery and integration of card payment systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as PCI-DSS.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement secure, scalable, and efficient payment processing solutions.

Stay updated on emerging trends in card payments and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops, status meetings, and regular reporting.

Build strong relationships with vendors, ensuring contract terms are adhered to and deliverables are met.
Requirements:

8 to 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on data migrations and card payments.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Experience in delivering projects compliant with PCI-DSS and other relevant industry standards.

Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
