
Senior Process Improvement Specialist
We’re seeking a proactive, collaborative, and data-savvy Process Improvement Specialist to help drive an exciting internal initiative for this governemnt body. You’ll lead and support process optimisation across the organisation, using proven continuous improvement methodologies – and your own sharp insights – to create sustainable, real-world change.
You’ll work across teams, tackle pain points, and help build a culture of continuous improvement that empowers everyone to perform at their best.
Key activities
- Champion continuous improvement projects across the organisation.
- Facilitate engaging workshops that turn ideas into actionable improvements.
- Dive into data and business ops to uncover opportunities and design smart solutions.
- Present clear, insightful reports to guide decision-making at every level.
- Coach and influence staff to prioritise and implement change.
- Ensure new processes align with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to embed meaningful change.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives across complex organisations
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement pro
- Sharp analysis and professional report writing skills
- Process mapping, change control, and risk management expertise
- Microsoft Office power user – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with a drive for high-quality delivery
- A relevant continuous improvement qualification or equivalent experience
