Our client is an iconic Australian organisation currently seeking a Senior Product Designer to join in the next 2-3 weeks and deliver on a customer portal redevelopment.

Your new role will see you working closely with the broader to team to research, design and deliver an improved customer portal used by all Australians. You will participate in the user research, design and presentation of initial ideation and follow the project all the way through to delivery. This role is best suited to a senior designer with solid experience simplifying complex ideas for enterprise organisations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in Product/ UI/ UX design within enterprise environments
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Customer research and user testing experience
  • Prior experience working with Figma and Miro is desirable
  • Ability to customise out of the box UI solutions

Our client is offering a 6 month initial contract with the view to extension. Offices are based in Richmond and require staff to work 3 days per week on site. The ideal candidate will be available to start a new role within the next 3 – 4 weeks.
