Key activities

  • Manage project risks, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles with full financial accountability
  • Work with technical teams to ensure accessibility and compatibility best practices

Skills and experience

  • Solid skills in project management with experience managing multiple complex projects within large organisations
  • Previous experience working on a contact centre project
  • Expertise in budget management for projects over $1M
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – confident communicator at all levels
  • Strong competency in scheduling, dependency mapping, and risk management Meticulous attention to detail in both written and verbal communication
