Senior Project Manager // Digital Transformation & Credit Card
Our Client is a Tier 1 client in the Financial Services sector. They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact digital transformation projects within their credit card division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, expertise in digital transformation, and extensive experience in credit card operations, technology, or product management. This role will require exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives in the credit card space.
- Drive innovative solutions to enhance digital platforms, customer experiences, and operational efficiencies.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital payments and credit cards.
- Collaborate with senior executives, business units, and technology teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and expectations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation and credit card operations – A MUST
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to start in the first week of Jan 2025.
