Location: 4 Parramatta Square with WFH flexibility
Duration: 6-month contract (potential for extension)
Pay: $545.92 per day + Super
Hours: 7 hours/day, 35 hours/week

Your Role:

As a Senior Research & Evaluation Analyst, you will:

  • Lead research and evaluation projects with a focus on ethics, validity, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Design and manage the client’s survey, collaborating with stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Develop program logics, evaluation frameworks, and data capture tools to support organizational goals.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external teams to drive project success.
  • Promote continuous improvement by embedding evidence-based decision-making into practice.

About You:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in survey design and research methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of ethical and culturally appropriate research practices.
  • Passionate about creating positive outcomes for Aboriginal people.
