As a Senior Service Desk & Operations Officer, you will be the key point of contact in a 24/7 Service Desk and Operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing system events, incidents, service requests, and customer inquiries, ensuring that each receives a professional and timely response.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • ITIL Foundations certification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 year’s experience working in a Service Desk or 24/7 operations center
  • Previous experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Prior experience in mentoring, training and leading small teams
  • Strong focus on client service, with excellent operational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example
  • 24/7 availability required for this operations role, including shift work.
