As a Senior Service Desk & Operations Officer, you will be the key point of contact in a 24/7 Service Desk and Operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing system events, incidents, service requests, and customer inquiries, ensuring that each receives a professional and timely response.
Required Skills and Experience:
- ITIL Foundations certification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 year’s experience working in a Service Desk or 24/7 operations center
- Previous experience working in a large enterprise environment
- Prior experience in mentoring, training and leading small teams
- Strong focus on client service, with excellent operational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example
- 24/7 availability required for this operations role, including shift work.
