Senior ServiceNow Developer

Implement and optimise Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), or ITOM Discovery & Service Mapping
Configure and deploy ServiceNow ITOM Discovery to enhance IT asset visibility
Integrate security tools such as Tenable, Wiz, and other threat intelligence platforms with ServiceNow
Develop and customise workflows, business rules, and automation scripts
Collaborate with IT and security teams to analyse security risks, incidents, and vulnerability trends
Perform data analysis and reporting using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and dashboards
Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and security policies
Provide technical expertise, documentation, and handover to internal teams

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
Expertise in SecOps (VR, SIR) or ITOM Discovery
Experience with ServiceNow CSDM framework, UI Builder, and CMDB query builder
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer)
ITIL certification and ITSM experience are desirable
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
One of the following:
- CIS-VR (Vulnerability Response)
- CIS-SIR (Security Incident Response)
- CIS-ITOM (ITOM Discovery)
ITIL v4 Certification
