The Inside word
- This role will focus on IT Support – in person, phone and email to users.
- We are looking for someone with a few years of experience doing Level 1 and 2 Support.
- There will be some travel to Wellington for this role – candidates should be flexible able to travel and work from there for a few days when required.
- They are a Microsoft environment, so they use Active Directory and Office 365
- For the team they’re looking for someone proactive, who will be to hit the ground running, and provide excellent customer support. We are looking for someone with a good attitude who likes to help.

- Workstation support
- Great communication skills with staff, internal IT Teams, and external vendors
- AV skills desired but not essential
- Emphasis on working autonomously and excellent time management skills
- Experience with hardware repairs
