What you will need to bring:
- 2+ years of IT support experience, with a strong background in Microsoft applications.
- Proven ability to handle complex Level 1 & 2 support queries.
- Experience working within the ITIL framework.
- Be a great relationship builder, this is a tight knit team who are socialble in and outside of work.
