Level 1 Service Desk Support | 2-Week Contract | Rhodes

  • Rate: $40 – $50 per hour (including super)

Our client, a leading services company, is seeking a Level 1 Service Desk Support professional for an initial 2-week contract based in Rhodes, NSW. This role offers one day of work-from-home flexibility per week and a competitive hourly rate of $40 – $50 (including super).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Respond to service desk tickets and resolve user inquiries efficiently
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 teams as required
  • Assist with user account management and system access requests
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions

About You

  • Previous experience in a Level 1 IT Support or Service Desk role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments and common office applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools (preferred)
