Level 1 Service Desk Support | 2-Week Contract | Rhodes
- Location: Rhodes, NSW (1 day WFH flexibility)
- Rate: $40 – $50 per hour (including super)
- Start: April 4th
- Contract: Initial 2-week contract (potential for extension)
Our client, a leading services company, is seeking a Level 1 Service Desk Support professional for an initial 2-week contract based in Rhodes, NSW. This role offers one day of work-from-home flexibility per week and a competitive hourly rate of $40 – $50 (including super).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to service desk tickets and resolve user inquiries efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 teams as required
- Assist with user account management and system access requests
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions
About You
- Previous experience in a Level 1 IT Support or Service Desk role
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments and common office applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools (preferred)
