Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT support? We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Officer to join our team and provide top-tier technology services to our clients and customers.

Key Qualifications:

  • Possession of ITIL Foundation Certificate or substantial experience working within an ITIL environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with relevant experience in technology support activities.
  • Hands-on expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM), including Android, iOS, phones, iPads, and tablets.
  • Proven service delivery experience with a solid understanding of PC hardware and software installation and knowledge of service management methodologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first contact support for technology systems and services, working on a rostered basis.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and clients.
  • Install, maintain, and support technology services according to set requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Perform account management tasks using Active Directory, Exchange, and internal applications.
  • Deliver high-calibre customer service to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
