IT Service Desk Officer – Join Our Dynamic Support Team!

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering top-tier customer support? We’re looking for an IT Service Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for IT inquiries and provide exceptional remote support.

Your Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related enquiries
  • Manage problem resolution and call escalation effectively
  • Oversee the Service Desk and monitor the ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents remotely via phone and email
  • Support ITIL processes, including outage management
  • Maintain continuous communication with the Incident Manager
  • Handle user administration (account creation, modification, and deletion)

What You Bring:

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ownership mindset – proactively resolving escalated issues
  • Ability to document and track support requests while maintaining SLAs
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Windows environments, hardware, Active Directory, and office productivity applications
  • Awareness of ITIL methodology
