About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Management Specialist to join our client, an exciting consultancy and professional services company specialising in automation, project delivery, ITSM, and Service Advisory.

With a strong focus on key government clients, this role is pivotal in developing and managing multiple agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), advising on ITIL best practices, and enhancing service management maturity across a range of projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and negotiate service agreements, including SLAs, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on ITIL best practices tailored to programme and project requirements.
  • Enhance the maturity of existing system support to align with ITIL practices.
  • Create Service Management Strategies and related documentation.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with deliverables.
  • Monitor, report on, and optimise the delivery of ICT services.
  • Foster strong relationships with service stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Present findings and strategies to senior-level executives and technical audiences.

About You:

  • Proven experience in service management, with a focus on ITIL frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of service management in government or large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate agreements, and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Practitioner certification (highly desirable).
  • A bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent (highly desirable).
