Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to support them on the implementation of a number of projects differing in size and methodology.
The essential skills and knowledge for this position include the following:
- Demonstrated experience in leading organisation-wide change projects to deliver successful and significant business outcomes along with a demonstrated ability to identify, implement and review the change process to affect change and maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.
- Demonstrated high level ability to develop, analyse and interpret data to identify and effectively communicate strategic opportunities.
- Possess knowledge of current theories, applications, and best practices in change and communications management, project management, and problem solving.
- Experienced in the creation of project documents from start-up through to execution to enable the delivery of positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with competing demands and lead multiple projects and outcomes in a complex environment while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills and abilities in order to negotiate, influence, consult and liaise collaboratively with a broad range of key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in the creation of formal and information business process documentation.
- Driving continuous improvement in change management practices
- Developing and implementing change management methodologies and best practices
- Establishing change governance frameworks and standardising processes
- Providing leadership and guidance to change managers and teams.
