Solution Architect - Human Resources (HR)
A leading Financial Services provider is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong HR domain knowledge to join their team on a permanent basis.
Working within a Solution Architecture practice, you will work closely with key HR stakeholders in the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions for key projects across the Human Resources division which includes recruitment, payroll, learning and development advisory and other functions.
Your responsibilities will include creating, refining, and socialising the proposed solution for each project, ensuring alignment with the overall IT and business strategy while maintaining a robust architectural framework.
To be successful in this role you will have substantial experience designing and architecting solutions specific to the HR domain, with a strong knowledge and understanding of HCM applications such as Oracle HCM, Workday or SuccessFactor.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF)
- Strong Solution Architecture experience in large, complex enterprises
- Proven track record of leading, designing and architecting solutions within Human Resource environments
- Superior communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience consulting and advising internal stakeholders and vendors
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to negotiate and influence effectively
