Our client is a Government Agency and is looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solution, ensuring alignment with business needs, HR policies, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements and payroll processes into technical solutions within the SuccessFactors Payroll platform
  • Design end-to-end payroll workflows and ensure they integrate seamlessly with other HR modules such as Employee Central, Time Management, and Benefits.
  • Recommend best practices for payroll processing, including tax calculations, deductions, bonuses, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and other HRIS systems, SAP modules
  • Ensure smooth data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems

You will have:

  • Strong experience working as a Solution Architect
  • Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM, with a focus on Payroll and HR solutions.
  • Familiarity with payroll integrations and interfaces
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management) is a plus
  • Extensive stakeholder engagement experience
