- Solution Architecture of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll
Our client is a Government Agency and is looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solution, ensuring alignment with business needs, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements and payroll processes into technical solutions within the SuccessFactors Payroll platform
- Design end-to-end payroll workflows and ensure they integrate seamlessly with other HR modules such as Employee Central, Time Management, and Benefits.
- Recommend best practices for payroll processing, including tax calculations, deductions, bonuses, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and other HRIS systems, SAP modules
- Ensure smooth data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems
You will have:
- Strong experience working as a Solution Architect
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM, with a focus on Payroll and HR solutions.
- Familiarity with payroll integrations and interfaces
- Knowledge of SAP HCM modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management) is a plus
- Extensive stakeholder engagement experience
