One of our clients is looking for a solutions manager to lead the technical team and make sure the solutions are fit for purpose. The Solution Manager here will determine the direction of solutions.

Responsibilities:

• The Solutions Manager would be from a functional perspective . A key part of this role will be mentoring others, assisting them, and driving the process to achieve the right outcomes.
• Someone who comes with leadership / people management experience. Manage and align team activities and processes. Provide a clear direction, purpose and context for your team’s work, setting clear targets with agreed deliverables and timeframes for each team member.
• Define and manage project initiatives including scope, approach, facilitation and resource planning.
• Working with the business to support new initiatives, strategic projects and to enhance the production environment of business-critical applications.
• Support business as usual processes and enable efficient business practices.
• Facilitate change management activities with minimal disruption.
• Consult and facilitate open communications with key stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
