About the role:

We’re on the lookout for a Support Analyst with expertise in D365 Finance Operations to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency in their finance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for D365 Finance Operation issues.
  • Closely collaborate with the finance team to understand their needs and ensure the system meets their requirements.
  • Assist with configuration changes in D365 Finance and suggest improvements that optimize financial workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must-Haves:

  • 2-3 years of hands on experience with D365 Finance operations.
  • Strong understanding of finance modules
  • Ability to resolve technical issues.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working in a finance department or with financial software.
  • Expertise in integration.
