This exceptional opportunity, exclusively recruited by Talent, reports to the IT Manager within a close-knit ICT team. It offers the chance to support and administer a dynamic ICT environment that plays a key role in advancing the organisation’s mission.
As a valued member of this team, you’ll be mentored by a supportive manager who is dedicated to your professional growth. With a focus on providing enriching learning opportunities, your career development will be a top priority, helping you reach your full potential in this rewarding role.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, maintain, and test RDWA disaster recovery and business continuity systems.
  • Support the infrastructure and software that underpin the organisation’s website and digital communication platforms.
  • Lead quality improvement processes in alignment with the Cyber Security Essential 8 and NIST frameworks.

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Azure, Entra, Intune, Defender, and O365.
  • Experience supporting virtualised environments (ideally VMWare, but other similar technologies are acceptable with a willingness to learn).
  • Experience with backup technologies, such as Veeam or similar.
  • Familiarity with implementing changes aligned to Essential 8/NIST cyber frameworks (highly advantageous).
  • A can-do attitude, combined with a professional and mature approach to work.

This role is primarily based in Mile End (inner west), with excellent public transport options nearby, including buses, trains, and trams. While the role is office-based, there may be occasional remote work opportunities as agreed upon with your manager.
This role will be interviewing within the next 7-14 days, so we encourage you to submit your application ASAP. Successful candidates will be contacted directly by Talent.
