The role
As a System Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of a range of projects, all focused on a large-scale digital transformation currently in progress. A core aspect of your responsibilities will be to ensure the accurate capture of requirements, while also assisting the team in documenting processes and technical specifications.
Your ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate keen business acumen will be essential in driving collaboration and facilitating the team’s efforts to achieve positive outcomes for the agency.
Responsibilities of the system administrator:
- Collaborate with program, business, and technical stakeholders to define, validate, and prioritise requirements that align with the client’s architectural principles and strategies.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear terms, and propose enhancements backed by evidence.
- Engage in both traditional and Agile delivery practices, including backlog management, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
- Facilitate workshops and lead business analysis activities, including process modeling, requirements management, and data modeling.
- Support the technical delivery manager and team in translating requirements into project deliverables, collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party providers.
- Assist in documenting systems and solutions developed and maintained by the team.
- Support business units in managing customer data and system integrations.
- Maintain an outcome-focused approach, balancing customer needs with business challenges.
