For a driven self-starter, Systems Analyst dedicated to deliver great customer experiences.
This is not the usual IT Support role, you will be using your basic networking skills, experience in event monitoring and coordinating major incidents and preparing post mortem reports.

  • Provide Level 1.5 support to customers in a 5-days-on (one of those days will be at the weekend) and 2-days-off roster (no night-time shifts and on-calls!). The 8 hour shift will be anytime between (6am – 7:30pm).You will be working hybrid 3 days in the office.

Why you’re a legend…

  • You have at least 2-3 years’ experience in IT support working on incident, change and/or problem management processes.
  • Experience and knowledge is basic networking is essential. Ideally experience working with NOC or an understanding of Event Management
  • Experience addressing major incidents
  • Experience working with Active Directory (AD)
  • Experience in using tools to monitor systems/application e.g. prometheus, Splunk or similar
  • ITIL certified or have worked on an ITIL driven environment
  • CCNA or CompTIA Network + certified would be a BONUS!
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of network and server infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, paired with great initiative and a team focused attitude.
