About the Role:
An experienced The Systems Analyst will use their in-depth knowledge of IT Service Management to deliver outcomes. They will provide expert advice on the subject matter of ITSM and on the software product ESM. They will work closely with customers, end user representatives of the customer and IT managers in charge of Service Management to produce expected deliverables.

Key duties to include:

  • They will provide expert advice on the subject matter of ITSM and on the software product ESM.
  • They will work closely with customers, end user representatives of the customer and IT managers in charge of Service Management to produce expected deliverables.

Selection Criteria:

  • Must have a minimum 5 years’ experience in undertaking the same or similar role for an organisation of the same or similar size and complexity as Services Australia.
  • Systems and/or business analyst experience with Commonwealth agencies / Government Departments.
  • Systems and/or business analyst experience with Service Management Tool uplift.
