Join this large government body as a Technical Business Analyst take responsibility for formulating the requirements for several technical environments.

Key activities

  • Gather requirements and convert them to technical requirements for implementation
  • Translate complex technical needs into clear, concise requirements
  • Work closely with Project Manager’s and handle multiple tasks accordingly
  • Create and capture accurate and complete records of the business activities related to this position, in accordance with approved policy and procedures
  • Work with various stakeholders and vendors
  • Provide guidance and direction to the project team to ensure the Service Transition process is adhered to
  • Co-ordinate technical activities with multi vendors to achieve program outcome

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar position with thorough knowledge and experience of Technical Business Analysis activities
  • Understanding of complex technological landscapes and ability to define the technical deliverables that will meet the business requirements
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with an ability to articulate complex data models and data processing
  • Previous experience in working with Cloud infrastructure
  • Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, and products.
  • Excellent communication skills; written & verbal, formal documentation, presentation, diagramming and modelling, facilitation and elicitation
  • Thorough understanding of how testing cycles work in SDLC and what are the technical requirements to have successful testing
