Our client is seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Business Analyst with expertise in loyalty /digital platforms. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative loyalty and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, digital customer experiences, and technical analysis, combined with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for loyalty and digital projects.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and digital engagement through technology.
  • Work closely with developers, architects, and IT teams to design and implement scalable loyalty and digital solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of loyalty platforms with digital channels such as websites, mobile apps, and CRM systems.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or new technologies to improve performance.
  • Support the design and delivery of user-friendly digital experiences that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a cohesive and intuitive customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
  • Leverage data analytics to derive insights into customer behavior and optimize digital interactions.

Requirements:

  • 6-8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in loyalty programs / digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, customer engagement strategies, and digital technologies.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and database structures.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
