The Role
Talent International is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to join a dynamic team within a prominent technology services division. This role is critical in leading and conducting testing activities across various projects to deliver innovative ICT-based solutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff, ensuring delivery remains within defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
- Develop and oversee test plans, test cases, and supporting test data and/or requirements.
- Identify, manage, and document defects, programming errors, and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience leading testing activities for complex programs and creating Test Summary reports.
- Agile testing experience with accountability for team member commitment and delivery each sprint.
- Extensive experience with test management tools including Jira Xray and CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple project factors simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and facilitate innovation with teams.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are highly desirable.
- Relevant experience in a related technical field such as application development or database development is advantageous.
