Training and Assessment Officer - APS6
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Training and Assessment Officer to design and develop training packages tailored to the needs of Immigration Compliance operational officers. This role is critical in ensuring officers are well-equipped for their roles through innovative and bespoke training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance of existing training curriculums.
- Undertake needs analysis to identify role-based training requirements.
- Design and develop cutting-edge training packages.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create tailored learning content.
- Develop comprehensive Training Management Packages, PowerPoint slide decks, Instructor/Facilitator Guides, and student materials.
- Create eLearning products to complement instructor-led training.
- Write evaluation plans for implementation.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in training design, development, and assessment.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to create both instructor-led and eLearning solutions.
- Collaborative approach to working with SMEs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Desirable:
- Baseline security clearance is highly desirable.
- Experience in the federal government or compliance sectors is an advantage.
