About the Client
The Agency provides vocational training and has oversight or contributes to the delivery of over 1,400 courses to maintain the department’s operational capability.

Key Responsibilities
The Training and Assessment Officer will design and build new training packages to meet the ongoing role-based requirements for Immigration Compliance operational officers.

  • Quality assurance of existing curriculums.
  • Undertaking a needs analysis to identify role-based training requirements.
  • Design and development of innovative training solutions.
  • Working with Subject Matter Experts to create bespoke learning content.
  • Developing Training Management Packages, Power-point Slide Decks, Instructor or Facilitator Guides and Student materials.
  • Developing eLearning products to compliment instructor-led-training products.
  • Writing an evaluation plan for implementation by the ABF College.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in training solution development.
  • Experience in eLearning product development

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

  • To be eligible for employment in this role, you must be able to provide evidence of Australian citizen, be able to obtain a satisfactory National Police Check, and hold a current Baseline security clearance.
